Refund and Return Policy

At RKY Entertainment, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made our return and refund process as simple as possible.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Policy Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return/exchange, the garment must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Equipped with all original tags, brand labels, and packaging intact.
Free from any stains, perfume scents, or damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear.
Personal care products (masks, socks).
Items purchased during “Clearance” or “Flash Sales” (unless defective).
3. How to Initiate a Return
Request: Email us at support@rkyentertainment.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8446859001 with your Order ID and photos of the product.
Reverse Pickup: We offer a free reverse pickup service for most pin codes in India. If your location is not serviceable for pickup, you may need to self-ship the item to our Mumbai warehouse (we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹100).
Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. This process takes 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Approved Returns: Once inspected and approved, your refund will be initiated.
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI) within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders: Since we cannot refund cash, we will ask for your bank details (Account No, IFSC) to process an NEFT transfer, or offer you Store Credit/Discount Vouchers for your next purchase.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same style, we will ship the exchange item free of charge once the original item is picked up and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
