At RKY Entertainment, we are committed to delivering your apparel in the best condition and within the promised timelines. We partner with reputed national couriers (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express) to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
1. Shipping Coverage & Locations
Domestic: We ship to over 27,000+ pin codes across India.
International: Currently, we only fulfill orders within the territory of India.
P.O. Boxes: Please note that our courier partners do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A full physical address with a pin code is mandatory.
2. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹[e.g., 60] applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹[e.g., 40] is charged on all COD orders to cover additional handling costs by the courier.
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Mumbai & Maharashtra: 2–3 business days.
Major Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Special/Remote Zones (J&K, North East): Up to 10 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines may be impacted by public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or government-mandated restrictions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email and SMS containing:
The name of the courier partner.
Your unique Tracking Number (AWB).
A direct link to track your shipment in real-time.
5. Non-Delivery & Re-attempts
Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver your package.
If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
For Prepaid Orders, we will attempt to re-ship the order once (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
6. Damage & Inspection
Tampered Packages: If the outer packaging appears torn or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and take a photo.
Reporting Issues: Any discrepancy in the number of items received or transit damage must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
