1. Accuracy of Product Descriptions

At RKY Entertainment, we strive to ensure that every product description, image, and price is as accurate as possible. However:

• Visual Representation: While we aim to display colors and textures accurately, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or device settings. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical garment.

• Sizing: All measurements provided in our size charts are approximate. A minor margin of error is standard in garment manufacturing.

   

• Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, RKY Entertainment reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been made, we will issue a full refund.

2. Warranty and Guarantee Terms

Our clothing is designed for style and durability. Our warranty terms are as follows:

• Limited Quality Guarantee: RKY Entertainment guarantees that all products will be free from manufacturing defects (such as stitching issues or fabric flaws) at the time of delivery.

• Standard Wear and Tear: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper washing (e.g., not following the care label), normal wear and tear over time, or accidental damage by the user.

• No Extended Warranty: Unless specifically stated on a high-performance or premium item, we do not offer extended warranties beyond the initial inspection and return window (typically 7–15 days from delivery).

3. Liability for Defective or Damaged Goods

We take pride in our quality control, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, our liability is limited as follows:

• Reporting Period: Any defects or damages must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package, accompanied by clear photos or an unboxing video.

• Remedy: For verified manufacturing defects or transit damage, RKY Entertainment’s sole liability is to:

  1. Replace the item with a new unit of the same product (subject to availability).

  2. Offer a repair (if applicable).

  3. Issue a full refund or store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

• Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RKY Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
